Let us have an update of the recent social/political issues which may be of great help in preparation for the 2009 bar examinations. If I may, please take note of the following:
(1.) Political law- Panlilio recall, Boracay land case, GMA's pardon to Teehankee; (2.) Taxation-effectivity of RA 9504; (3.) Remedial Law-Procedure on Small Claims
I just hope that other members will add more issue/s that might come out in next year's bar exam and give some additional info.
