Arresto Menor

Hi, call me Khay, i've been renting here in M.H. Del Pilar for more than 1 yr now. but for the past few months, we experience leakage from our ceiling (We are renting a 4 story bldg). This leakage came from 3rd Flr comfort room, and it stinks. There is also an incident that one of our room really flooded with the leakage coming from our ceiling. Since my business is massage, i cannot put my client on that room and now we are no longer using it. I'm renting 70000 a month, and i think that money is not worthy to pay this stinky place anymore. But, what can i do, ive been complaining to the owner for the last 6 months and i end up nothing, and we have a contract. Please, what steps should i do to move out since it was stated in our contract that, if we will not finish our contract our advances and deposits will be forfeited. thanks.

you can have it fixed and charge it to the owner. of course, collecting is also a question.

you can file a complaint in court to rescind the contract. if you leave and they refuse to give back the deposit, you'll have to file a case in court also just to get it back.
