im working n a company here in ortigas its a korean academy the owner is korean but we have a filipino manager 3 years na po ako nagwowork pero ala pa rin kming benefits lagi nila pinapangako pero d din nila tnutupad at dti buo ang day rate ngyn sbi nila i breakdown nila for tax purposes pero kht ala kmi tax pag when it comes sa holiday basic salary ang bnbgy. Na experience po na ang 13th month ko ay kinaltas ang mga absent ko but sa ibng teacher indi

no holiday pay? overtime pay? night differential?

some benefits in other companies are not required by law such as sick and vacation leave (beyond 5 days SIL), health insurance, etc.

yes we don't have night differential. at lht po kmi ay d nagbbyad ng tax. pero when it comes to holiday pay basic salary lng po yung bnbgy ng employer nmn
