Hi
I just want to get some advice about the contract that I signed on my present company.

Im here in the company for just about 3 months now, when I signed a contract they told to me that there is a bond of 20k which i dont know for what reason since im performing my duty and worth on what im getting for my salary.

I'm planning to resigned and render a 30 day notice as part of labor law,my questions are:

1.If im going to resign,do i need to pay the 20k since im aware that there is a back pay that im not going to get to them from my tax and 13 month pay?

2.If the company will file a suit against me,will that reflect on my NBI clearance and would that affect if im going to get a visa for working abroad?

3.What is the weight of the case if the company files a suit against me?

Hope you can help me.
thanks.
