I'm a License Mechanical Engineer. its been 6 months since i've resign from my work as mechanical design supervisor in my former company. recently i heard that they still using my PRC ME License from a former officemate, as part of the requirements in a government bidding (MIAA bidding) that will be submitted this September 1, 2011 at NAIA. Is it illegal, for my former company to use my License without my concern? What action should i take? Hoping for a reply asap. Thanks

you should write to your former employer to inquire whether it is true and if so, that they should stop it.

have you written to them already? you can file a complaint for issuance of an injunction and for damages.
