im planning b4 i go back to work abroad atleast im using my single name. Its been about 9 yrs separated from my husband, same situation for not being obliged to support my child hes not even communicating with my daughter too.
I want all my documents be undersigned by my single name. Please atty i am not working and i need your help how to do it smoothly without paying that much. Thank you atty. Ill be waiting. Godbless!

you can start using your maiden name now in your private dealings, but you can't compel government agencies to change it also if you used your married name before, such as sss and passport records.

so atty do i need a lawyer to work on it? esp from sss and passport i want my ex out of my beneficiery. i want everything legal so i wont find any problem on my documents in the future

the way to do that will be to file for legal separtion. but if it's really reverting back to your maiden name in the government records, it has to be through an annulment of the marriage.

Greetings!! what about for my 2nd child atty.. Is it possible to file a nullification of registration.. kasi po totally abandoned npo sya ng father nyang morrocan. Stated po sa BC nia na recognized ng father kaso ang problem po forge lang un kasi wala nmn po tlga sya dito when i register her. Same sa eldest ko atty pareho silang abandon ng ama.. What can be the solution since never nmn sila sinuportahan.. Thank you atty! C u again.
