hellow atty. kumusta hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice.. ano po bang ibig sabihin ng exhibit..kasi ganito po yun.. yung affidavit of desistance narinig ko nilagyan nila ng exhibit A samantalang yung medical records ay exhibit C.. ano po bang ibig sabihin ng mga exhibit na yan.sana po mabigyan nio ako ng sagot..

exhibit is what you call evidence which is in the form of documents and objects. you mark them as exhibit a, b, c, etc.

no, it can be done during preliminary conference or pre-trial or during the trial. but definitely not at the end.

yung complainant po ay nagfile na para madismiss yung kaso at basi don sa narinig ko ok na, may ipa file na lang yung abogado nung accused at saka mghintay nalang daw sila., ano po kaya yung ipa file, sabi nung atty. ORDER daw.? gusto ko sanang tanungin yung atty kaso pag tawag ko the other day nag vacation leave daw for one month..

anong order kaya yun atty..? please enlighten me..thanks..at saka gaano po ba yan katagal hintayin..?

they have but i think.. n0t a private , someone call a government lawyer yata yun.. i dont know the exact term of that lawyer..?

whether private or de oficio, you should discuss this with your lawyer. the lawyer will probably file a manifestation or a motion. the decision of the court to end the case is the order.

,until ngaun daw po kasi yung lawyer is still on a vacation..but sabi naman nila nung nakausap nila yung lawyer before nagleave nag file na daw ng motion they dont know kung anong motion. kung motion to dismiss kaya yun..? gaano pa kaya katagal bago mabigyan ng order sa court..?

ATTY. MAY LAST QUESTION PA PO AKO.. PROMISE LAST NA TALAGA TO.. YUNG RELEASE ORDER PAG APRROVE NA IPAPADALA HO BA YAN NG KORTE DIRECT DON SA JAIL KUNG SAAN NAKAKULONG YUNG TAO.. OR KAILANGANG MAY KUMUHA (NA KAMAG-ANAK) SA RELEASE ORDER PARA IBIGAY DOON SA OFFICE NG JAIL.

SANA MABIGYAN NIO AKO NG IDEA..
