ano po ba ang ibig sabihin ng perjury?
ang perjury po ba pwedeng ma ifile kahit nakatanggap ng resolution?

kasi po sa resolution, ang contents po ay puro false po..ang naka unfair po, sila lang po ang pinakinggan, ang side ko po hindi narinig....

ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin...salamat po

what happened? you filed a complaint and they filed a counter charge of perjury? or you were the respondent in a perjury charge from the beginning?

pinsan ko po yung respondent na pinaratangan...gusto ko rin po sanang itanong kung ano po ba yung raffle? at pag na raffle ba ang isang kaso, padalhan ba ng warrant of arrest at idederetso po ba yan pag detained?

raffle is is the process where the case is assigned to a court. once raffled, the court acquires jurisdiction over the case and then will issue a warrant of arrest.
