Estafa For Unpaid credit card?

Hi attorney. I have been following this website because of my concern regarding my unpaid crdit card. Nasa collection agency na po ito. Napansin ko lang po every month ibat ibang collection agency yung tumatawag sa akin. Sabi po ng isang kakilala ko sa Domingo Molaer kapag daw kasi hindi na settle yung payment pinu pull out naman daw po ng bangko ung account sa present collection agency na may hawak.

Ngayon po, I received a text message that I havent received from any collection agency before and it was somewhat alarming. Here is the message:

Do Call SP04 SAMANIEGO to coordinate. ASAP!

I am just wondering can they really file a ESTAFA against me? According po naman kasi sa constituiton di ba ang ESTAFA is for defraud po. Hindi naman po ako nag defraud. Hindi nga po ako nag apply ng credit card bangko lang po nagbigay. And I was also informed the bank regarding my situation in financial as of this moment. And it seems they didnt give attention.

And parang labag na din po sa Regulation ng Bangko Sentral regarding sa mga paniningil yung ginawa ng collection agency sa akin na humawak ng accout ko ngayon.

Pwede po ba ako magsampa ng complaint against this collection
agency? Slander perhaps?

And napansin ko lang po kahit ilang collection agency na yung tumawag sa akin within the same range lang naman yung hinihingi nilang one time payment 60% less sa original balance. And pareho pareho sila ng sinasabi na magsasampa daw kaso etc. Ito pong bago ngayon ESTAFA daw.

Good morning attorney! katatawag ko lang po sa collection agency kninang 9am. Ask them kung pwede hulugan ko nlng yong sinisingil nila na 267,500 na hindi ko alam kung bakit umabot sa ganun (puro penalty daw po), kasi po nwalan ako ng work at kahit gusto ko bayaran yon hindi ko po mabayaran ng buo.. Ayaw po nila pumayag I have to pay 10K bago mag-4pm today, para daw po macompute nila kung magkano pwede ko ibayad next payment.. kso po hindi ko alam kung san kukuha ng 10K, pag di daw po ako ipapasa daw nila sa legal at lalaki pa... worried n po ako,, hindi ko n po alam gagawin ko.. posible po ba kung banko mismo lalapitan ko... salamat po and more power!
