This is regrarding my husband. His mom inherited some propertues from my grandpa. Mom passed away and his dad is claiming he owns 75% of the properties kasi conjugal daw. He has a medical condition and wants to sell one of the lands but my husband dont consent to it. He is now threatening to disinherit him (abandonment). Can he accuse him of abandonment if he donated one of his kidneys to him 5 years ago? Is a property conjugal whenever it states "mother's name 'MARRIED TO' father's name"? Thank you for ur advice.
