Mga Sir i need your advice, meron po akong business. may client po ako na regular kumukuha sa akin ng product and may 1 week term siya so what he usually do is nag iisue siya ng pdc. however nung huling kuha nila sa akin sinabi niya na nalimutan niya magpadala ng check sa tao niya ihahabol nalang daw niya next na kuha, pero hangang ngaun wala pa rin siya ibinibigay na check at sinasabi niya na wala daw siyang utang sa akin. ang pinanghahawakan ko lang po e yung generic na resibo na pinirmahan ng tao niya. ung tao po niya ay hindi na nagtratrabaho sa kanya ngaun kc parang bula na nawala yung boss niya, sinasabi ng tao niya na may kinuha nga sila pero ayaw aminin ng boss niya. ang amount po ng nakuha niya is 300,000 tapos generic lang ung receipt na ginamit ko sa transaction namin. may habol pa po ba ako pag nag file ako ng case?

yes sir sabi ng tao niya na sa mindoro daw. My problem is this person is denying that specific transaction since he didnt sign anything

you can file a civil complaint for collection, and just do the best with your evidence and testimony. begin with sending a demand letter to his last known address.
