Hi. I would like to seek advice. My son lastname register was my previous boyfriend. He acknowledged to use his last name. Pero naghiwalay po kami. Tapos nagpakasal po ako tapos na register ulit yung anak ko sa last name ng asawa ko nung nagpakasal ako. My legal husband signed also na he acknowledged. So, eto na yung ginamit ng anak ko na last name. Pero nung kumuha ako sa nso ang lumalabas is yung unang na register. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin para macancel yung una? Kc naghiwalay na rin kami ng tatay nya na pumirma. At ang ginagamit na ng anak ko is yung last name ng asawa ko.
