Hi.. ask ko lang po if pano kung nasa ibang bansa yung tatay ng anak ko kasama na ang family nya, ano po ang pwede kong gawin para makakuha ng monthly support from him?

Naka apelyido po ung anak ko sa tatay niya.. Ina acknowledge naman po nya ung anak niya as his own kaya lang puro pangako lang naman sya na magpapadala.. sawa na kasi ako sa pangako nya..mag 4 years old na anak namin and nag aaral na..

if he signed the birth certificate, send a demand letter to his last known address. you can later file a complaint for economic abuse. hopefully this will make him send support

nagsend na po ako ng demand letter sa kanya..I even ask his employer to forward the letter to him kasi i got no replies from him..ano po ba ang best way para ma oblige siyang suportahan ang anak nya kahit nasa ibang bansa siya..? para kasing balewala lang sa kanya ung demand letter na sinend ko sa kanya and ung mapahiya siya sa employer niya e..

you can file a complaint for economic abuse under ra 9262. one of the posters here used his local agency as his last known address.
