Hi attorney, legally married po kami ng husband ko pero 5 years na po kaming separated (not legally also). Pareho na po kaming may partners. Sa ngayon po ako ay pregrant(7mos). Ano po ba ang maipapayo nyo kung ano po ang dapat na apelyido ng magiging anak namin ng present partner ko.Thanks
