Arresto Menor

Goodmorning po. I need advise sa sobrang dami na ng nangyayari sa pinapasukan kong BPO/callcenter. 2 years na ako nagtatrabaho dito. Just last week may mga natanggal na most of them eh either lates,absences and yung iba naman metrics ang ginawang basis for termination and when i learned from them na binigyan sila ng resignation letter to be signed by the employees be3fore they were allowed to leave the premises but nasabihan naman ako nung isang kakilala ko sa training department namin na separated ang nakalagay. Ang kinakatakot ko lang is may mga nagsabi na isa daw ako sa mga nakaline-up na isuusunod and to my surprise is almost all of my teammates eh nasa listahan daw(metrics and absences din). 2 months ago binigyan ako ng memo for habitual absences dahil mataas talaga absences ko nun dahil 2 month sunod na 1 week ako naka loa first is sore eyes(conjunctivitis) and the next was confinement sa hospital(pneumonia) and ang allowed lang is 5% and before ako nag leave may 1 or 2 absences na ako so if kunin yung number of absence divide sa number of days expected ako pumasok less leaves talagang lalagpas ng 5%. isa pa is hanggang ngayon di pa nila binibigay yung kopya ng contract namin lahat ng nagwowork dito. madaming beses na namin hiningi pero ang lagi lang nila sagot is sige next week ibibigay namin and pag humihingi naman kami ng letter of employment eh abg nilalagayu nila is fixed-term employee lang kaming lahat pag tinatanong naman namin verbally sagot is regular employee kami. ang hirap lang kasi lalo na pag nagkaproblema wala kami recource or anything na pinanghahawakan. sana po matulungan nyo ako kasi everytime na pumapasok ako eh kinakabahan ako na mangyari yung nagyari sa mga kasamahan ko na out of the blue after ng shift nila bigla na lang binigyan ng termination letter(ginatasan muna bago kinatay).
