I filed a case against my Husband for RA9262 last 2008. He abandonned us after I gave birth sa daughter ko nung 2005. When he came back 2006, hindi na siya nag support sa mga bata, I was advised to get a CENOMAR and found out he married another woman 4days after I gave birth to our second child. I filed bigamy as well pero nadismiss coz I had to file it in Benguet where they got married. Since July 2008, antagal na tumatakbo ang kaso hanggang pareho na nag aaral mga anak ko at talagang hilahod na kaming mag-iina na ako lang kumikita. I entered into a Compromise Agmt. wherein he paid me 50thou installment, and agreed he will give support for 7500 a month at magbibigay ng

supposed to be magbibigay siya ng pang enroll last May 15, the first few months which was January until March was ok, pero nung May di na po nagbigay ng pang enroll at ngayon po di na nagbibigay talaga... In the Compro, it was stated there that failure co comply will be subject for an Ex Parte motion for Writ of EXECution I honest dont know paano magsisimula... Kasi Fiscal lang po humawak ng kaso ko at most of the time pag pupuntahan ko siya di namn ako iniintindi all the document that I filed in the Court ako lang po ang gumawa.. nag research lang ako on line at ginawa ko mag-isa... pero di ko na po talaga alam kung paano magsisimula ulit. Sa sobrang hirap po ng buhay ko I even attempted to commit suicide kasi halos wala na ako mapakain sa mga anak ko... Can you please help me? Just let me know what to do please?

ung bigamy nga po was dismissed due to lack of merit coz i filed it in pasig and the marriage happenned sa benguet. ung ra9262 po nadismiss na rin ksi di po umuusad for 3yrs. 6yrs n ako lng ang napoprovide sa mga bata. i entered into a compro agmt pero di na po nagbibigay ng support. yung asawa ko kinakasama niya po ngayon yung nkakabatang kapatid nung kabit niya... bale magkapatid po yun kinabit niya... eto ngayon ako naghahabol po na naman ng support... 8 ang 5yers old na po mga anak ko... boy n girl madalas wala na nga po ako mapakain sa kanila sa hirap po ng buhay ngayon na ako lang talaga lahat.. mukhang matatanggal na nga po ako sa work dahil sa late... hay... minsan po naiisipan ko na talaga magpakamatay baka po that way matuto siyang aharapin ang mga obligasyon niya bilang magulang... I even attempted to jump from our building. kagabi di po ako nakauwi kasi pag umuwi ako wala na ako pamasahe pagpasok ng officee. mas lalo ako wala susuwelduhin...

do you know where your husband is staying? the legal remedy is to revive the bigamy case and file a new case for ra 9262. it's hard, but posters here like ysaborja are fighting tooth and nail to get support for their children.

Sinagot ko po si Judge, Bakit niyo po siya tinuturuan ng gagawin e nasa gita po tayo ng proceedings, then he said I can inhibit him if I want to...parang nawalan po ako ng drive ituloy ang kaso...

so this is a compromise agreement that was submitted and approved by the court? if so, you can file a motion for execution so that it will be the court sheriff who will enforce the agreement.
