Compromise agreement

Ask ko Lang atty, next week kc e magssign ako at ex gf ko for the agreement sa financial support for my son. We agreed yesterday to have it 5k, Kasi un LNG kya ko for now and willing nman ako magbigay talaga. Last night, bigla Syang nag text, my changes daw, making it 6k and she will not sign the agreement pag d pa daw open ung savings account. May 13 pa poh ssweldo and Hindi ko kkayanin mkpag open next week dahl la na ako budget. Sa la union Nya file ung case, I'm from Taytay, Rizal. Nakikiramdam ung fiscal, un ung I advise sa knya which is ok na ung first agreement namin with his atty. anu poh pwede ko Gawin. Need urgent answer poh.. Thanks

You cannot give more than what your resources would only allow you. Talk to the fiscal that the amount you can give is only up to that much. Show proof of your financial capacity and they might give due consideration.

Ung fiscal nga poh ung nagmamatigas e.. nagkaron na kme ng formal agreement dun sa Atty nya which is 4k per month. then pagkaalis ko ng la union, ngtext sa akin ung mother ng son ko telling me that there are some changes. inadvisan daw xa ng fiscal na gawing 7k and dapat daw, ako pa magbayad sa atty na kinuha nya. Is that legal o niloloko na lang ako? balwarte kc nila ung place sa la union and hnd ko alam kung magkclose sila ng fiscal dun.
