I have question about the validity of the deed of sale. My grandmother sold the property 10 years ago , her daughter paid half of the amount only.. My grandma died 2 years ago, last week the daughter of my aunt assail that there was a deed of sale made 10 years ago and now they want to transfer the ownership. We checked in the register of deeds but there was no record.
do they have the right of the property?
