What cases i can file against this foreigner?

On June 12, 6 in the morning Chxxxxxxard ng United Kingdom have choked my neck, shove me around the apartment and throw my clothes out of the apartment that we are renting on. This fight was brought up because i caught him with a girl in our bed. This isn't the first time he have hit me. All though i have it already recorded (this particular incident) in the police station.This person is also using marijuna, have a high grade marijuana seeds in his apartment and have a record in UK as a marijuana grower. what can i do to have this particular person deported and block listed from coming back to the philippines?

he is sure more ca[able of hiring expensive lawyers than me.

were you his girl friend? did you get a medico-legal report?

yes i was his fiance..only a police blatter. i didn't have any medical check up though

without the medico-legal report, it will be difficult for your case to prosper.

there is always a chance, but it all depends on your evidence. i would not consider filing a case at immigration your best first remedy

then ano po ba ang pinaka da best na gagawin ko? gusto ko po na mawala siya dito sa pilipinas or maparusahan sa ginawa niya.
