Arresto Menor

Sana po matulungan nyo po ako, ano po ba ng process na pwede kong gawin sinaktan ako ng brother ko physically and nagpa medico legal na ako at naka pag pablotter na rin ako sa barangay sinakal at sinapal nya ako at pinagbantaan nya ako nababarilin daw nya ako. Ano po ba ang mga processes and possible cases that I need to file. Pati mga pamangkin ko ay natrauma na pangyayari. Please help me po. Thank you in advance!
