Arresto Menor

Ask ko lng po, Ung husband ko my arraignment po this coming Sept. 7 for his case RA 9262 5(i) non-supporting,to his unproven illegitimate pero his out of the country seaman po sya, pede po bang ma move ang date ng arraignment until dumating sya? at kung makauwi npo sya pede po ba syang umalis ulit kahit my pending case sya?
