My Mom's condo's water supply was cut even though they've paid. They've been deliquent in Association Dues but only to keep up with the mortgage payments. They can't cut power since they'll be interfering with Meralco's contract with the homeowner. We want her water reconnected and we have the official receipt to prove it, with the receipt even saying that the water would not be disconnected if payment was made after specified date & RA 9904 seems to favor ONLY the association. Paano naman yon? Siyempre one needs water. Its a basic need. Anong protection ng homeowner?

try to find out who has the water distribution permit from the nwrb. it's probably not the association.

or better yet if you can negotiate a settlement with the association
