homeowners association

im one of the board of directors in our HOA. Our HOA was just incorparated thru the effort of the developer. During the time that HOA was not yet incorparated the developer approved the existense of school without consultation to unit owners. Pls adv how are going to talk to the school official regarding common areas and road lots that they occupied. We have only 1 entry and exit. Our security and privacy are being compromised. frequent entry of School bus and tricycle service of their students in our subd might result to road damage sooner than we expect. We tried to talk to the school directors but they are ignoring us.pls adv what to do?
