good evening ! pareho po kami nasa saudi arabia at convert na kami sa muslim at nagpakasal na din po kami dito at nagsasama ng legal sa saudi . ask ko lng po makakasuhan po ba sya ng adultery ??? tnx po

were any of you married previously? the sincerity of entering the muslim faith can be questioned if it was just to avoid a bigamy charge.

yes sir his marriage still intact would you mind to give advise what is the best thing to do ? and the 2nd question is pede nyo ba kami ma refer sa isang atty na ma settle yung financial support sa dalawang anak nya in legal although nagpapadala naman monthly allowance regularly . tnx po

you cannot prevent the filing of a criminal case, but you have two possible defenses, your faith and the fact that the marriage was solemnized abroad.

anu pong dapat nyang gawin meron n po cyang papel ng divorce gling shari'a mkakapagpakasal n po ba cya ulit.or need pong isubmit ung divorce paper sa nso?
