Hi Attorney,
I just want some advice regarding an employment bond which I am currently attached to,.. it says I must serve the company for 2 years, or otherwise pay training costs of a large sum of money, however the work assigned to me right now was very much misaligned from the position that I have applied for and it wasn't even in the contract that I would be given this kind of work. Should I resign from my company what are the odds of me contesting against the bond? By the way I recieved a classroom type training, however it was very much unrelated to my current role in the company,..in short words I was trained for a technical role though my work now is much like management and operations. Any response is greatly appreciated.
