Arresto Menor

Good day Atty. I would like to ask some quires. Kasi yung manager sa company namin mayron siyang death treat may nagtetext sa kanya unknown cellphone number. tapos nagblotter siya ng 4 person suspect. anung pwding e file na case sa kanya of blottering people with-out strong evidence kc text lng yung death treat na yon. is it Intriguing Against Honor yung pagblotter with out prof? magpapa lie-detector test din pa sa company. would it be legal ang lie detector test? [b]i am hoping for your response Atty.

you don't have to undergo that lie detector test without your consent, but i would not consider it a crime to report you to the police. if you can prove that he was being malicious in including you, you can file a case for damages against him.
