I was recently terminated from my company without prior notice of the date of termination. Tanggap ko naman ang desisyon pero yung paraan kung paano ginawa, dun medyo sumama ang loob ko. Other people from my company knew about it before I did. Up until now wala pang nagdidiscuss from the hr or management sa akin about it. I haven't signed anything. For those who are willing to help in shedding light with regard to my situation, I can send you an email or a private message with more details. Thanks in advance!

were you first given a notice to explain? did you submit a written explanation? was there an administrative hearing?

yes i was given a notice to explain and i submitted my written explanation. tapos there was an administrative hearing after. i sent you an email an a pm po with all the details. salamat po!
