sir ano tawag dun sa kaso nung kapitbahay ko nagtap ng wire sa junction box after my meter...nahuli ko lang po ng magimbestiga ako kung bakit ang laki ng bill namin sa kuryente. Mga more than 2 months na po pala siya nakatap. nagreklamo po ako sa baranggay bukas po ang hearing namin. ano po ba ang mganda suggestion ninyo kasi mukhang di ako kaya bayaran nung kapitbahay ko. pwede ko po ba sya idemanda kung hindi kmi magka ayos sa baranggay? gusto ko pa sila dalain...
