I would like to apply for a passport however when i got my BC from NSO, my middle name is spelled as "Laberga" while I used "Laverga" on my school records, employment records, SSS, TIN and NBI, I dont know how I will correct the spelling on all of my records and i dont know what my options are for this may create conflict on my passport application.

Ganun din po ang problem ko ang middle name ko po na ginagamit ko ay ganito po ang spelling PARAMI pero sa bc ko po PARAME yan po tlaga ang korek na spell ano po ba ang mga requirements para po mag file ng petition for correction of clerical error?
