Good day! I am not sure this has already been answered in other threads.

A friend of mine had a case filed against him and a warrant of arrest was issued for his arrest back in 1997. No trials have been conducted since then and he has not been arrested partly because he went into semi-hiding.

Are these still enforceable today even if these were filed / issued more than 10 years ago?

a warrant of arrest does not expire. it may be enforced as long as the case has not been terminated or the warrant has not been declared inefficacious (or withdrawn) by the court
