Good evening, Today I was late for my Pre-trial due to heavy traffic and I came from Laguna going to Quezon City. I left at 5:30 am so I had enough time to go to quezon city but ended up arriving at 10am. I was supposed to arrive at 8am even with traffic but it was so heavy we were stuck in Calamba. The court saw me that I showed up but they said I have a warrant of arrest but they did not do anything. Can I write a letter saying why I was late and if it could be rescheduled? Please help. Thank you.
