good day po.
hi po. gusto ko lang po mag ask ng opinion...
may BF po ako, separated na po cya for 13 years and during po nung nagsasama pa sila ng ex-wife nya ay wala po silang naipundar na property until nga po na naghiwalay sila. taz ngaun po, di pa po annull un marriage nya. now, meron po kami napundar na maliit na negosyo ng BF ko. business permits under my name. ngaun po, gusto ko po ask kung ano po ang karapatan ng ex-wife ng BF ko sa negosyong napundar namin at sa property na balak po namin bilihin.

she can claim what she can prove to have come from their conjugal funds. you have to prove what part came from your own funds.

they separated 1998 and 2008 po kmi nkapag negosyo.. may claim pa po ba cya?

even if they separated in fact, all their joint property is still conjugal

sir, ano po ba yung sinasabing conjugal property?
ang alam ko po kc, wala silang naging property mula ng magsama sila
hanggang sa nghiwalay sila.
and un pong pinihunan namin sa negosyo namin ay inutang lang po namin..

whatever property the husband owns, including his share in your business, is considered conjugal property.

how about dun sa part ng ex-wife ng bf ko? may habol din po ba cya in case sa property ng ex-wife nya kahit nkabili na ito ng property out of their marriage?pasencya na po ha, kc gusto ko lang po talaga malinawan ang legal right namin sa mga property namin, both sides (bf, ex-wife at ako).

yes, he can claim to be also a part owner of any property purchased by the wife.
