Good Day, gusto ko lng po malaman if valid ba ang kasal ko kase nakakuha po ako ng CENOMA. Ikinasal po ako nung 2002.after po ng nabuntis sya inamin nya sakin na may anak na pla sya sa pagkadalaga.2006 pa po kmi hiwalay gawa ng nasa abroad po ako.balak ko po magpakasal dito.ang requirements po ay CENOMAR which is nakakuha po kmi at authentivated na po.maigigng valid po ba ang kasal nmin. if hindi po ano po ang pwede kong gawing grounds para sa annullment process..maraming salamat po

1. ano naman po ang pwede kong i-kaso if gusto ko na po ipa annul ang una.
2. bakit po ako nakakuha ng singleness?

how were you able to get a Cenomar? isn't your marriage certificate registered at the NSO?

if you get married without having your first marriage declared annulled first by the courts, you will be liable for bigamy.

ibig pong sabihin kmi po ang mgpaparegister nun sa nso? and makukulong po ba ako sa kasong bigamy since wala na pong habol ang first wife ko saamin?may written agreement po kming dalawa.

i ask again, is the marriage certificate of your first marriage registered at nso?

your agreement with your wife is void and has no legal effect. anyone can file a case of bigamy against you.
