attorney, ako pa ay kumuha ng cenomar para sa aking live in partner na kinasal sa huwes noong late 90's. nakuha ko po ang cenomar at single po siya dito. marami na po ang nagsabing peke ang kanilang civil marriage pero cenomar lang po ang meron ako. patunay na ba ito na peke ang kanyang kasal? merong papeles po ba ako na kailangang kunin para mapatunayan ito? may iba pa bang way para mag verify kung legal ang kanilang kasal o hindi? salamat.

kung nung 90's pa ikinasal at hanggang ngayon di pa registered sa NSO - base na rin
sa CENOMAR na nakuha mo, patunay yan na SINGLE nga yung tao at malaking posibilidad na
peke nga yung kasal. pero para makasiguro ka dun ka kumuha sa Civil Registrar kung saan
nangyari ang kasal at tingnan mo kung may record sila.

gusto ko lng po mag share,
sa palagay ko po that is very strong proof
because in CENOMAR you will know if the person is married before or not... you saw in the CENOMAR that your boyfriend is not mArried or he's still single..
hmmmm anyways if you still confused you can still get the copy of their marriage contract at NSO...
if there is no record, you are very lucky girl!! cheers

cenomar is not fool proof. if there is a way to verify his marriage contract, get one. if there is one, the cenomar is over ridden
