LAST NAME PROBLEM

Hi,

kasal po mga magulang ko pero since 2 years old pa po ako hiwalay na po sila pero wlang kasulatan or anything.. since then po no communication at all in any way... i am 25 now turning 26 na this month. makes it almost 24 years na po and i'm still using my father's last name... gusto ko po sana isunod na ito sa last name ng mother ko nong dalaga pa xa.. pano po ba gagawin ko and pwede po ba un?

sa kaso po ng mother ko.. regarding properties... nahihirapan po kami mgloan specially sa pg-ibig.. kase needed daw po ung signature ng husband ng mother ko... e they're separated na po e... tagal na panahon na din po at wlang communication..

you could try to file a petition for change of name, but i doubt it will prosper. 'i hate my dad' is not a valid ground for change of name.

she can file a petition to be declared sole administrator, or for separation of property.

yung problem ko po sa birth certificate ko wala po akong last name.gusto ko po sanang makakuha ng passport para naman makapag abroad ako yun nga lang po alm ko di pwede dahil nga wala ako surname.anu po ba pwede gawin/
