can i still claim for a child support even if my ex boyfriend is now legally married with two kids? i have no permanent work and a permanent income. my present boyfriend is just helping me with my financial problems. do i have to share with ex boyfriend with regards to sending my kids to school. my ex boyfriend is presently working in a call center and earning 6digits a month. kindly help me as well as my kids.

yes he signed all the birth certificates.

i have no work and its just my boyfriend now who's supporting me. what is my financial share for my kids? sbe kse ng father ng kids ko dapat my share din ako hinde pwedeng sya lahat gumastos because he's legally married already with 2kids.

if he's not giving any support at all, you can charge him with economic abuse at the prosecutor's office.

on the fairness side, make a computation of the needs of the children and divide according to the proportion of your income.
