Atty. ako po ay nurse na regular employee sa isang ospital sa probinsya dito sa southern luzon. lahat kaming mga empleyado ay kinoconsider ng may-ari na daily paid employees at ang pasweldo po sa amin ay every 15 and 30 every month. ang aking pong tanong ay sino po ang may desisyon kung ang isang empleyado ay gagawing daily paid lamang o monthly paid? may karapatan po ba kami na ituring kami na monthly employee? maraming salamat po.
