Magandang araw po sa inyo.

Gusto ko sana humingi ng legal advise. Yung renovation po ng bahay namin. 1st and 2nd floor, hindi pa po tapos. 8 months na po hindi pa rin namin magamit yung bahay. Nakapagbayad na kami around 400k (fully paid). Wala nga lang pong contract na pinirmahan. Pero may sulat kamay sya ng scope of works like painting, finishing, tiles etc with total amount. Anu po bang pwede ikaso sa kanila? at anu po yung mga process kung kelangang gawin.

share ko lng po ung nangyari sa amin d2 sa bahay. Parehong pareho tayo ng kaso. Nagharap harap kami sa PAO, at ang resulta ay bridge of contract lang. Pero nagdagdag ulit kami ng kaso qualifiedd theft.

hindi ko na po makita yung documents ng scope of works ng contractor na may pirma nila =(

may pag asa pa bang magbigay kami ng deman letter? actually dalawa pong bahay ang ginagawa nila dito. same thing sa kapitbahay namin na iniwan kami ng di gawa ang bahay.

any suggestion po? salamat in advance.

Hi attyLLL,

Its already 2012, di pa rin natapos yung bahay. Nakakuha na po yung nanay ko ng certificate from barangay para maiakyat na sa fiscal. anu po ba pwede naming ikaso sa kanila? Yung work of scope ng house renovation namin and the amount and signed by the engineer lang meron kami, without the date and not notarized. 450 almost yung nailabas namin, parang wala pang 200k yung nagagawa. =(
