magtatanong lang po ako..i was hired as a probationary employee sa isang company last january 10..tapos sa probationary contract po na binigay sa akin ng company..nakalagay dun na probationary ako from january 10 2011 up to may 31 2011..pero up to now po..im still working with them..does it mean na regular employee na ako based on PD 442 article 281 which states that a probationary employee allowed to work after his/her probationary period is already considered a regular employee..
