need legal advice... may nangutang sa friend ko
sa states pero that person has relocated na dito sa
pinas. last january nagkita sila at nagkapirmihan ng kasunduan
na mag babayad sya in terms. monthly until mabuo ang total amount.
but since then nde pa nagbibigay. ang document na pinirmahnan nila ay
walang presence ng attorney at nde eto notarized. ano po ang pwedeng gawin

your friend can send a demand letter first. is he based here now?

yung may utang po dito na sa pinas naka basse. ang friend ko sa states pa rin. ang gusto nya ako ang mag asikaso. yun pa po pala ano po ang kelangan para ako ang magiging representative nya? thanks for the quick response

he needs to issue a Special Power of Atty before the philippine consulate authorizing you to represent him
