good day,

i just want to ask some guidelines before i buy, or atleast maghulog ng downpayment sa lupang binebenta sakin, 400k ang halaga nya, pero kahit mag down daw ako ng 50k then the rest is installment. Ano po ang dapat ko alamin before cashing out.
Sa province po ito,in sta cruz, laguna.
