help! since 1988 gamit ko po ang surname ng common law husband ko (he died in 1995). lahat ng govt IDs, documents,including transcript of records etc ay nasa surname na ito. i will apply for LET board exam next week at hinihingi nila ang marriage contract kung gagamitin ang surname ng husband. syempre wala po ako nito. sapat na po ba ang affidavit ng one and the same person? may magno-notarize po ba kung ilalagay ko sa affidavit ang paggamit ko ng surname kahit common law at hindi recognized ito?

mahirap yan, pabago mo nalang lahat nang records mo, kasi di mo naman pwede gamitin talaga ang apelyido nang common law husband mo, yun affidavit, temporary lang yan, para lang makapagtake ka nang examination, PERO, pagnakapasa ka, di ka rin makakapagregister.
