hi,good day..I'm 22 years old ,female, and teacher in a private school. I have a boyfrend and I admit that we are having sexual life..to make the story short.we went to a hotel here in our province...and as we are about to go home I saw one of my students parent particularly a "dad". He is a relative of the owner of the hotel and also we work there as a what you called "taga papasok ng costumer" or a doorman?. I didn't mind him at all even if he saw us bec. i believe that he knows how to keep a secret bec.he is working in such kind of business but after few months later my co-teacher told that the dad i was talking about said things about me and my bf going to there hotel..he even told it to the other teachers and parents even our janitors knows about it.and one time my co-teacher heard his son said something about me.so pls help me what case should i file to him?I need your help..does it even considered as a slander?pls. i need your advice tnx Crying or Very sad

Just get married with your boyfriend. It will douse cold water to whatever the others have said or thought. I hope you are not a teacher in a Christian school. If you are, i wont condemn you on your actions(i have no right to), but my advice that you get married would then be amended to "get married at the earliest possible time.

You have a better case for moral damages against the doorman but it would only fan the ember (rumors) and turn it into a wildfire (talk of the town). And what would it be with you if you sue the father and may be recieve 15 thousand in moral damages but be always remembered by your students (and the whole school and community if you actually file a case) as the teacher who got "scandalled"?

Avoid complicating the situation dear. God bless.
