you don't need vitamins for your brain.
part genetic, BIGGER part effort Wink

there is no shortcut worth taking. READ! study

but you do need vitamins for good health,
you can't study and absorb stuff if you're not healthy,
matalino ka nga at nabasa mo lahat ng libro
pero hindi ka naman makabangon para mag exam. tongue

I agree with shan. but I have to add that you should also relax once in a while. All work and no play makes bugoy a dull boy 177 177

take any multi-vits and then iron.

that'll help you in both stamina and memory retention.

sleep is also a factor.

wala talagang kapalit po ang masinop na pagbabasa.. Just like physical exercise, kailangan magbasa para tumalino.. there are no shortcuts hehe..

Vitamin B-Complex is considered a brain Vitamin. I was taking it everyday during my entire bar review last year. Its effective I passed the 2009 bar exams (take one lang) hehehe. It contains "thiamine" that is responsible for active memory. I am taking "Gluthapos" and "Neurobion". Glutaphos is cheaper but it has lesser Thiamine content than Neurobion. Neurobion is more expensive (17-18 pesos per tablet while Glutaphos is only 6-7 pesos. These are OTC (over the counter) medicines i.e. no doctor prescription is needed.

Ginkgo Biloba is also known to enhance memory but I find Omega 3 more effective. It is found in many deep-sea fish species. Some canned goods contain Omega 3 which you can buy from your nearby sari-sari store or better still buy it in capsule form from the Pharmacy.

Nota Bene: You can use nemonics or principle of association to make memorization easy. For example, the persons to whom summons may be served on a juridical entity: my Mnemonics/association is PMG-STC i.e. President, Managing partner, General Manager,Secretary (corporate), Treasurer and Counsel (in-house). My association is: St. Theresas College (STC) went bankcrupt and they are on receivership and being managed by the Professional Management Group (PMG). It's so effective that I can still remember today those I have committed to memory when I was still in law school.

All these combined with good study habits, regular exercise, proper diet and a lot of prayer increase your chance of passing the bar. Good Luck and God Bless! Very Happy
