Hi,

My boss gave me a dagger look twice in the office becuase he thought I was referring to him when I uttered a word. So I escalated him and claimed for harrassment since I felt and still feel offended and harrassed. Will this be valid? and If ever what kind of harrassment would this be? Please help me.Our HRD said dagger look has no bearing. but I felt harrassed.

'he gave me dagger looks' is not going to be easy to prove, and even if proven, whether it is an offense, and what degree of offense.

oo nga po... I have read po sa website ung mga forms harrassment.. like sexual, paychologica;, physical and isa po dun ay GENERAL HARRASSMENT, and ung included po dito: Actions, words, behaviours that you deem to be inappropriate and unacceptable. It can involve taunting, yelling, STARES, any behaviour that makes you worried about your personal well being or just makes you feel uncomfortable.

would this be acceptable po bah

if you feel strongly enough about it, then you can file a written complaint detailing what happened, but it will be your burden to prove your allegations if he denies it.
