Please advice is needed, my uncle is a agrarian reform beneficiary, and on his certificate of land transfer (clt), emancipation patent was already issued, problem arises when it's about to fully paid to land bank, they were saying that there was a discrepancy of lot area between emancipation patent and lot data computation which the land bank is basing and that was their reason that made them not to issue the certificate of full payment.
my question is. is their any administrative order or procedure by department of agrarian reform to have this fix? What could be the fastest way to have this fixed?
