Arresto Menor

we rented a condo that was previously rented by two other persons. one of them abandoned the other. me and my wife moved in place of the one that left. we are renting 2/3 of the whole studio type condo. we divide all in 3 equal share. we are on our last month now. the boyfriend of the our gay roommate had a fight with my wife, which is living with us without sharing anything and without our approval. we confronted them and arrived at the conclusion that the boyfriend must not go to the house or atleast not when we are there. we also demanded that our roommate give us our deposit on the last day of our stay. now after the conversation, he demanded that he holds the contract to the owner and we are subleasing and he is evicting us effectivly that night(we ofcourse do not want any trouble and went home to our parents house from manila to the province(this is a heck of trouble cause i am working here in manila).. can he evict us because of some reason, we talked to the broker and said that he can do that based on their contract(not ours cause i believe we are renting in a month to month basis). our room mate is also using our delingquency in payment for the past month. to note it: we never reached the 3 month rule in the renting law to cause eviction. Do we have an abuse case here?
