SEC 5 VAWC: can i file bail even without an atty? what are the required documents.

warrant is already served.

if the other party agreed to affidavit of desistance. even if the court hearing is not set.

will the case be dismissed?

yes, you can file bail without an atty.

generally, you will need, the money, 4 copies passport size pictures each of front, left, right profile. there will be docs to fill up.

affid of desistance will not be enough. arraignment will still push through.
