Arresto Menor

I have 2 daughter from my previous relationship, my eldest is 5 and my youngest is 3, and were not married, for sure automatic my EX has the custody rights on our 2 daughters, But do i have the rights ba for the custody, since the main caused for our separation is i caught her having multiple affair with other man, i have evidence like chat conversation, text, and she also confessed and admitted to me, can i use it ba as evidence to fight for my custody rights to our 2 kids??

you can try, but it will be a serious challenge for you to win. private communication cannot be used as evidence, and only the mother has parental authority over the children. worse, they are below 7 so the court will unlikely separate them from the mother.

i recommend you focus on exerting your visitation rights instead.
