Arresto Menor

I am a filipina and i had a baby from an american boyfriend. he acknowledge my son and bring his surname. We never did get married and I never went to the USA. I am still in the Philippines and my former boyfriend went back to the USA. Now he want a birth certificate of my son so he can claim him as tax deduction. now i would like to ask if my babys dad can bring my baby without my knowledge? what will i do so that he cant bring my baby to US? This is my question sir i really love my son,i dont want that my babys dad take him away from me.
